I believe that yoga is not to be a luxurious hobby available only to the lucky few but open to all - that is why I offer classes just for £8. You are invited to drop in whenever you can - there’s no hidden tricks/time limits to use your passes either, just show up! The classes are mixed ability meaning we take each pose from it’s basic form to the advanced variations for those who are up for it. I believe in hands-on assists when relevant, but it’s okay if you are not keen on those - I will ask before class. Namaste xdiscover
New to yoga a year ago I never thought I’d enjoy it as much as it do. Daria’s Hatha classes are excellent, the routine is always varied as she stretches and challenges us while always taking care to help us with poses or suggest alternatives if needed. There is a great sense of fun and wellbeing and I always leave de-stressed and relaxed. I can’t recommend Daria highly enough she is an excellent teacher.
